The following error is displayed during the installation of ArcGIS or ArcSDE 9.x. The error dialog box may be displayed behind the installation wizard dialog boxes:
"Error in custom action. The library WiseCustomCalla.dll is invalid or cannot be found."
The current user does not have administrative rights or may be included a non-administrative rights user group.
Log on as administrator or give the current user profile full administrator rights and install again.
If the current user is an administrator, check that their profile is not also included in a user group that does not have administrative rights.
