Network Analyst: Memory increases when working with network analysis layers

Description

The memory consumption of ArcMap grows as more and more operations are performed on a network analysis layer.

Cause

Network analysis layers hold their corresponding input features and analysis results in memory. To support undo/redo capabilities, every edit is kept in memory as well. This includes the traverse results generated during analysis.
