Closest Facility solver crashes the application when solving a large problem with the Output Shape Type set to True Shape

Description

ArcMap may run out of memory and fail when performing a Closest Facility analysis. This may occur if too many routes are computed with the Output Shape Type option set to True Shape.

Cause

When the closest facilities have been found for all incidents, the route geometries are assembled. This operation requires a lot of contiguous memory, especially when generating many routes.

Workaround

• Solve with "Output Shape Type" option set to "None" or "Straight Line" if the true geometry for the routes is not required.
• Divide the problem into smaller problems if the true geometry for the routes is required. For example, solve the problem with "Output Shape Type" set to "True Shape", but with only one incident at a time.
