Animation Manager with Windows XP Service Pack 2: ArcGlobe and ArcScene crash
Description
Note:
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3).
Animation Manager on machines with Windows XP Service Pack 2:
ArcGlobe and ArcScene crash in the following two scenarios:
1. If the Animation Manager is opened before any animation tracks have been created;
2. If the Close button is clicked on the Animation Track Binding dialog box.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Workaround
