FAQ: Can ArcPress Files, Such as RTL, Be Previewed on Screen?

Answer

Currently, ESRI does not provide functionality or software for viewing Raster Transfer Language (RTL) files. There are applications, freeware and shareware, available on the web for viewing RTL files. These applications vary in usability and stability.

ESRI does not support the installation or use of these applications as they are not ESRI products.
