WMS service always lists services as queryable

Description

** This issue is addressed in ArcIMS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **

Even if none of the ArcIMS layers are 'queryable' the WMS service continues to be listed as 'queryable', although the individual layer tags are correct.

This is a known issue.
