BUG
GpDispatch cannot be used in VBA with license set to ArcView or ArcEditor
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **
When the license is set to ArcView or ArcEditor, the GpDispatch object cannot be used in VBA. The object can be created, but the properties cannot be set or the methods executed.
All works correctly with ArcInfo license and also with Python when license is ArcView, ArcEditor, or ArcInfo.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Workaround
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
