The geodatabase raster catalog footprints expose the raster image when point features are added to the display

Description

If a geodatabase raster catalog, appearing as a wireframe, is in the display while point features are added, portions of the raster catalog begin to appear. The portion between the points that are created are usually rendered in the display.

Cause

The display/drawing pipeline is not being properly refreshed.
