ArcWeb services has an availability of 99.9%. Availability is the proportion of time that a system is available for use. A system that has 99.9% availability means that there is only about 8 hours over the course of a year that the system is inaccessible or down. ESRI has contracted with a third party company to continuously monitor the availability and performance of ArcWeb services.
