Create a custom fill symbol from a BMP or EMF file

1. Open the Symbol Selector dialog for the desired layer.
2. Click Properties.
3. On the Symbol Properties Editor dialog, set the type to Picture Fill Symbol.

5. Use the Picture Fill and Fill Properties tabs to adjust the symbol specifications.
