The following error occurs when registering ArcIMS, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, or ArcGIS Engine by using fax or phone manual entry method.
"The Registration Number or Authorization Code does not match the data you have entered. Please check all values."
The registration number and authorization code are validated against all information entered in each of the five fields. If any of the five are incorrect, this error is returned.
Verify the information entered is exactly as it is appears on the registration page that was faxed. The date format must be in DD-mon-YYYY as shown in the following example.
