ORA-00920 invalid relational operator

Error Message

When ArcCatalog is used to register a feature class as versioned, the following error code is returned:

"ORA-00920 invalid relational operator"

Cause

The Oracle parameter STAR_TRANSFORMATION_ENABLED is set to TRUE.

The Oracle parameter is set to TRUE by default when installing an Oracle database using the Data Warehouse template.
