Set the language environment to a language other than English

Summary

Fonts and symbols can be displayed in a locale other than English.

Procedure

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options.
   
2. Select the appropriate language listed under 'Your locale' on the General Tab. This sets the user locale.
   
3. Click the Set default button.
   
4. Select the same language specified for the user locale in step 2 in the Select System Locale dialog. This sets the system locale.
   
5. Click the OK button.
   
6. Click the Apply button.
   
7. Click Yes.
8. Click Yes when asked to reboot.
