Creation feature not enabled-Crystal Reports 9.0

Error Message

When Crystal Reports 9.0 is installed with ArcGIS 8.1 or 8.2, the Crystal Report Wizard will not function properly. When the Crystal Report Wizard attempts to create a new report the following error message may occur:

"Creation feature not enabled"

Cause

Crystal Reports 9.0 requires an RCAPI (Report Creation) keycode to be installed for client applications to create new reports. The ArcGIS 8.3 Crystal Report Wizard installs the RCAPI keycode.
