Last Published: April 25, 2020

Summary

The link file for Spatial Adjustment is an ASCII file in which each line stores a new displacement link.

Procedure

The process which follows uses Microsoft Notepad, but any ASCII text editor can be used.

  1. Open Microsoft Notepad.
  2. Add the link ID and the coordinates using the format below. Each link should be on a separate line and the delimiter either a space or a tab.

    Code:
    <ID> <from_x> <from_y> <to_x> <to_y>

    Note:
The <ID> column is optional. But, if used, should preceed the coordinates.
