PROBLEM
The Select Template dialog box takes awhile to open.
Description
When you click on the Change Layout button from the layout toolbar, the Select Template dialog box takes awhile to open.
Cause
One or more of the templates in the folder where the templates are located has a picture in it that is not saved to the template document.
Solution or Workaround
Save the picture to the template document.
A. Right-click on the inserted picture.
B. Click Properties.
C. Click the Picture tab.
D. Check Save Picture as Part of Document.
E. Click OK.

E. Click OK.
