ArcView is not printing the correct size and orientation

Description

Occasionally, the orientation and size selected in the Printer Setup menu do not print correctly.

Cause

There are unequal settings in one of the multiple printer setup locations. Because there are several places where the printer settings can be changed, there may be an inconsistency.

Solution or Workaround

• In the ArcView Printer Setup:
  File > Printer Setup
  
  

  Note:
  In most cases, this overrides all other settings.

  
  
• In the ArcView Layout Page Setup:
  Layout > Page Setup
• The printer driver:
  Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers
• On the printer itself:
  Typically in Page Setup
