The New Zealand Circuit coordinate systems definitions are incorrect

Description

The projection parameters for the fifty-six New Zealand Circuit projected coordinate systems are incorrect.

In ArcGIS, the prj files with Circuit in the name need to be corrected. The files are located in the Coordinate Systems > Projected Coordinate Systems > National Grids > New Zealand directory.

Cause

The central meridian and latitude of origin values are inverted. The central meridian values should be around +172. The latitude of origin values should be around -41.
