Projecting a feature dataset in ArcToolbox returns "Blah"

Description

Reproject a dataset into the same geodatabase. For some data, the Project Wizard may return an error message, "Blah".

Cause

Unknown at this time.

Workaround

Project the feature classes rather than the dataset.
