ArcScene: CAD drawing layers don't have Refresh option in their context menu

Description

CAD drawing layers in ArcScene do not have a Refresh choice, on their context menu, that is accessible from the scene's Table of Contents.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution or Workaround

Invalidate the layer by changing one if its properties then resetting it. The invalidation will cause the equivalent of a refresh.
