The page cannot be displayed

Error Message

Double-clicking on the file ..\ArcGIS\Documentation\install_ArcGIS.html causes Internet Explorer to return the message "The page cannot be displayed."

Cause

This is a known issue. The shortcut points to the install_ArcGIS.htm file. It should be pointing to install_ArcGIS.html.
