ArcScene: visible property of nested group layers not honored

Description

Changing the visibility of group layers that are contained within another group has no effect in ArcScene.

Cause

This is a known problem.

Solution or Workaround

Change the visibility of the non-group layers (the lowest level layers in the group tree).
