Dataset is assigned DMS as projection units, instead of DS as chosen

Description

In the Define Projection Wizard (coverages, grids, tins), if DS (degrees, seconds) is selected as the projection units, the dataset is assigned DMS (degrees, minutes, seconds).

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution or Workaround

1. Click the 'Save to AML' button, on the last panel of the Wizard.
2. Open the aml in a text editor and change the following line:
   
   UNITS DMS
   
   To:
   
   UNITS DS
   
   Save the changes.
3. Load the aml into the Define Projection tool and click the OK button.
   
   Alternatively, you can run the aml in ArcInfo Workstation.
