The UML package representing the workspace could not be found in the model

Error Message

The Schema Wizard stops with this message:

The UML package representing the workspace could not be found in the model.

Cause

There are two possible causes for this error:

· There is no package stereotyped as Workspace in the model.

· SQL Server 2000 has been installed in the same PC.

A UML package stereotyped as Workspace should be present in the model. This package is considered the root of the object model.

Solution or Workaround

• Verify the UML model has a package stereotyped as Workspace.
