Answer

An address with a status of ‘T’ has two or more candidates with the same best candidate score. If you checked the 'Match if candidates tie' option when you created your geocoding service, the geocoding service matched this address to one of these candidates.

You can bring up the Interactive Review dialog box to see the candidates that were generated by the geocoding service for your address. The first candidate that appears in the list is the candidate to which the address is matched.
