PROBLEM
Registering ArcView (Single Use) keyed by fax or mail is not successful
Description
When registering ArcView (Single Use) with the 'Fax or mail your registration to ESRI' method, the authorization is not successful.
Cause
The saved registration text file does not contain the hardware key number.
Solution or Workaround
Before you fax or mail the saved registration information, write the hardware key number on the print out.
You can get the hardware key number by displaying the hardware key status, or directly off the key.
