PROBLEM

Cannot open the default.apr

Description

The project default.apr in the $AVHOME/etc or $HOME directories will not open.

Cause

The default.apr is not a regular project file that can be opened as a project within ArcView. This is a special file used by ArcView only on startup.

Solution or Workaround



Don't attempt to open this file as a project.
