FAQ: In what order does the UNGENERATE command write out the arcs of a polygon?
In what order does the UNGENERATE command write out the arcs of a polygon?
The UNGENERATE command will usually start by writing out the arc in the upper right corner and proceeding clockwise. However, this will not always be the case. The geometry of the polygon may play a role in the starting point, as in the case of a circle.
ArcDoc inaccurately states this: "The arcs for each polygon are written out starting at the lower left of the polygon and continuing in a clockwise direction."
