Error Message

When I use the ArcIMS Site-starter Applications, I get the following error:

[Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '...'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Cause

You are using an older version of Microsoft Jet.

Solution or Workaround
