PROBLEM
The target and observer positioning tools don't get accurate locations for features in ArcScene
Description
When using Center on Target, Zoom to Target, or Set Observer tool on features, the resulting positional change may not be as expected.
Cause
This is because a randomly chosen vertex of a feature is used rather than the actual location of the click.
Solution or Workaround
When accurate locations are required, click on a raster or TIN based surface rather than on features.
