Yes, just add your attributed relationship class to ArcMap as a table. To do this, drag and drop the relationship class from ArcCatalog into your map document. Once its in ArcMap, you can open the table and edit it like other tables.

Keep the following in mind:

· You cannot add new rows to the table. To do this, you must use the commands for creating new relationships

· You cannot modify the foreign key fields that define the relationships.
