Why do some floating point Imagine files display in ArcGIS, but not in ERDAS Imagine?

Answer

The table of the Imagine file is created using a unique value bin function, which is not fully supported by ERDAS Imagine. You can still display the image in ERDAS Imagine by recalculating statistics using the ImageInfo option within ERDAS Imagine.
