PROBLEM
Picture marker symbol appears as a black box
Description
Markers created from picture files appear as a solid black box.
Cause
Your monitor color resolution is insufficent.
Solution or Workaround
Set your monitor resolution to True Color.
A. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
B. Double-click the Display icon.
C. Click the Settings tab.
D. Select True Color from the Color Palette dropdown list.
E. Click OK.

D. Select True Color from the Color Palette dropdown list.
E. Click OK.
