The previewed legend is hidden behind the Legend wizard

The previewed legend is hidden behind the Legend wizard.

Cause

In ArcMap, when you click the Preview button in the Legend wizard, the legend is previewed directly on the page. Consequently, the preview can be partially or completely hidden behind the Legend wizard.

Solution or Workaround

• To see the legend and continue with the Legend Wizard, move the Legend wizard off to one side.
• To see the legend and dismiss the Legend wizard, click the Finish button.
