Panning with scroll bars in data view causes unusual locations for updated scroll bars

Description

If you drag the scroll bar to pan the contents of the data frame, the scroll bar jumps back to its previous position until the display stops drawing.

Cause

The scroll bars controls don't update in proper sequence with the data display.

Solution or Workaround

• Instead of dragging the scroll bar, click above, below, left, or right of the bar to pan one screen over, or click the arrow buttons at the edges of your scroll bars.
• In data view, click to the left and right of the scroll bar to pan the data.
