SQL error number -461 occurred while opening cursor

Error Message

Attempting to run the DBMSEXECUTE or DBMSCURSOR OPEN commands on a table stored in Informix 7.3 produces:

SQL error number -461 occurred while opening cursor
Cannot open file 'csql.iem'.

Cause

ArcInfo 8.0.x is attempting to find the file CSQL.IEM in the directory $INFORMIXDIR/msg/en_us/0333. CSQL.IEM and other necessary files are found in a newer version of the Informix client SDK.
