Page Fault in NDCORE.DLL
Error Message
Opening a project, which has SQL tables and can be shared by several users, causes ArcView to crash with the error:
Page Fault in module NDCORE.dll
Cause
This is due to a combination of circumstances. First, the project contains a SQL table joined to another table in the project. Second, the DSN name, configured through ODBC, has leading or trailing spaces.
Solution or Workaround
Make sure all DSN names have no leading and trailing blanks, and are exactly the same for all users on all machines.
The DSN's may appear to be the same. Inspect them carefully. For example, you may have the DSN 'MyDatabase ' (notice the extra space) set for one user and 'MyDatabase' set for second user. The project will crash if opened by the second user.
