Troubleshooting a Faulty Hardware Key (Dongle)
Several different error messages are returned when the hardware key is faulty or the drivers are not installed or running properly. Following is a list of documents that can be used to troubleshoot a faulty hardware key and/or drivers.
- FLEXlm Error: The desired vendor daemon is down
- (ESRI) The SuperPro driver is not installed on this system
