Did the default setting of UseDefault property change at version 2.0?

Answer

Yes. At MO 1.x, the default setting of the LabelPlacer's UseDefault property was "False". At 2.0, the default setting is "True", so legacy code might show different behavior if were depending on the default setting being "False".
