Are Designer Forms supported in VBA for ArcGIS?

Answer

No. You can not create or add Designer Forms to VBA for ArcGIS. Although in versions 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 you are able to add Designer Components to the Insert menu, they remain grayed out. The ability to add Designer Components to the Insert menu has been removed at version 8.1 to avoid confusion.
