Cause
Incorrect graphics card settings.
Solution or Workaround
Change the graphics card settings to True Color.
A. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
B. Double-click the Display icon.
C. Click the Settings tab.
D. Select True Color from the Color Palette dropdown list.
E. Click OK.

E. Click OK.
