ERROR
Can't edit a read only virtual table (VTab)
Error Message
ArcView returns this error message when using the Geoprocessing Wizard:
Can't edit a read only virtual table (VTab)
Cause
Destination directory is an invalid path. For example the path contains a special character such as period.
Solution or Workaround
Save the output file to a different location, or remove the period from the name of the problem directory.
