Problem: DAK doesn't install completely and top portion of monitor appears blank
Solution or Workaround
The DAK installation bombs at 99%. After rebooting the PC, starting the DAK causes the top portion of the monitor to appear blank.
Most likely the video card has been set for more than 256 colors.
Check the video driver settings and make sure you are using no more than 256
colors. Run the DAK again.
