Solution or Workaround
Problem
In ARCPLOT, if ROUTELINES or EVENTLINES are run so that the routes, or events are drawn on top of the coverage arcs there is an offset or generalization between the routes, events, and the arcs. Why does this occur?
Answer
Some generalization occurs when a route is drawn.
If the WEEDDRAW is set to OFF in ARCPLOT before drawing the routes or the events, they will draw coincident to the arcs they represent. By default ArcPlot sets
WEEDDRAW to ON.
