Solution or Workaround
Problem
ARCTIGER creates empty TIGER files.
Answer
The item RT in the ACODE file does not contain a value of 1 or the coverage has
not been projected.
There are two possible answers:
1. The item RT in the ACODE file does not have a value of 1. Make sure that all the records in the ACODE file have a value of 1 for RT. This tells ArcInfo to write these records to file type 1.
2. The coverage has not been projected. TIGER/line files from the Census Bureau are delivered with their coordinates stored in a geographic coordinate system. In order for ARCTIGER to create TIGER/line files, the coverage must be projected.
