While signed into Business Analyst Web, some functionality does not work. Boundaries do not appear, or when clicking on Color-Coded Maps, the side panel does not appear. Individual user experience may vary, but if this unexpected behavior is experienced, where some tools or functions fail to work, the following solution may alleviate these problems.
There are two possible causes for this problem that may involve the Google Chrome configuration:
It is a recommended practice to test the application on other browsers and/or other machines to see if the issue is reproducible. If all browsers and other machines inside and outside the network experience the same issue, it is likely that the problem has something to do with the Business Analyst application. However, if other browsers and machines work, it is likely that the problem has something to do with the specific browser and machine. If so, use the following steps to correct the browser settings.
Note: This is dependent on how the system and security are set up. Chrome may update automatically, or an administrator login may be required.
