ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.8 Patch 1 for (Desktop | Server)

This patch is cumulative of all previously released Patches and Hot Fixes for ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.8. Please download and install this patch at your earliest convenience.

Enhancements and Issues Addressed

Desktop and Server

• BUG-000128501: Running the Create Reviewer Session custom step object via Workflow Manager requires elevated privileges if the data workspace's DEFAULT version is set to protected.
• BUG-000126630: Domain check: Unable to narrow selection when region format is Dutch.
• BUG-000129851: Duplicate Vertex check: Address error geometry inconsistency between desktop and server executions.

• BUG-000127666:Double-clicking error result from Data Reviewer Table triggers multiple map re-draws and selects additional features that contain matching ObjectIDs in the active map.
• BUG-000127319: Using “Select and Zoom to Feature Geometry” from Data Reviewer Table selects additional features that contain matching ObjectIDs in the active map.
• BUG-000127832: Using “Select and Zoom to Feature Geometry” from Data Reviewer Table selects additional features that contain matching ObjectIDs in the active map.

Installing this Patch:

Installation Steps for ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop

1. Make sure you have write access to the installation location.
2. Select and download the file:
   
   

   ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop	MD5 Checksum
   ArcGIS108Patch1DataReviewerDesktop.msp	7479e977dc57018abcf25a9a64abdcbb

3. Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
   
4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.
   
   

Installation Steps for ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server

1. Make sure you have write access to the installation location.
2. Select and download the file:
   
   

   ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server	MD5 Checksum
   ArcGIS108Patch1DataReviewerServer.msp	1e7f0cda086b6b58c77b0d561f8ce2e8

3. Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.
5. Reregister the ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension once the patch is installed
   
6. Log in to ArcGIS Server Manager by opening your manager URL in a web browser. https://<server name>:6443/arcgis/manager
7. Click Site on the top panel of the page.
8. Click Extensions inside the panel on the left side of the page.
9. Click the pen button to the right of the ESRI.ReviewerServer.soe extension.
10. Click Browse and navigate to ArcGISDataReviewerServer\Server10.8\Bin and choose the ESRI.ReviewerServer.soe file.
11. Click Save.
12. Click Services on the top panel of the page.
13. Restart all map services that use the Data Reviewer Server capability.
    Note: If you have configured ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server in an ArcGIS for Server multi–machine deployment, repeat steps 4–13 for each machine in the site.
