February 23, 2018: ArcGIS-1051-DT-SAZST-Patch.msp has been replaced with ArcGIS-1051-DT-SAZST-PatchB.msp. The ArcGIS Desktop setup was replaced to fix an MSI/MSP issue causing it to be incompatible with previously released patches. The "B" setup resolves that issue. All other setups, although removed from the site, were unaffected. The "B" setup can be installed over the top of ArcGIS-1051-DT-SAZST-Patch.msp.
