ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.4.1 Patch 7 Update 1 for (Desktop | Server)

This is a targeted maintenance updated to address an issue where Workflow Manager Custom Steps may fail to run Data Reviewer batch jobs. This update is only required if you are running Workflow Manager Custom Steps.

Note: This patch is requires that Data Reviewer 10.4.1 Patch 7 is installed.

• TFS106490Custom Step: Run Reviewer batch job is failing with return code 2.
• TFS106496Custom Step: Performance issues when running a batch job.
• TFS106738Custom Step : Run batch job step fails if the Reviewer Workspace path includes a space.

Installing this Patch:

Installation Steps for ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop

1. Make sure you have write access to the installation location.
2. Select and download the file:

   ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop	MD5 Checksum
   ArcGIS1041Patch7Update1DataReviewerDesktop.msp	20f95007fba261c2a8f9858e2e7b2905

3. Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.

Installation Steps for ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server

1. Make sure you have write access to the installation location.
2. Select and download the file:

   ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server	MD5 Checksum
   ArcGIS1041Patch7Update1DataReviewerServer.msp	fab2f631c64fc37ca62d02e601e9b7b8

3. Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.

5. Reregister the ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension once the patch is installed

6. Log in to ArcGIS Server Manager by opening your manager URL in a web browser. https://<server name>:6443/arcgis/manager
7. Click Site on the top panel of the page.
8. Click Extensions inside the panel on the left side of the page.
9. Click the pen button to the right of the ESRI.ReviewerServer.soe extension.
10. Click Browse and navigate to ArcGISDataReviewerServer\Server10.4\Bin and choose the ESRI.ReviewerServer.soe file.
11. Click Save.
12. Click Services on the top panel of the page.
13. Restart all map services that use the Data Reviewer Server capability.
    Note: If you have configured ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server in an ArcGIS for Server multi machine deployment, repeat steps 5 through 12 for each machine in the site.
