Summary

This general cumulative maintenance patch for Mapping and Charting Solutions including; ArcGIS for Aviation (Desktop), ArcGIS for Maritime: Bathymetry (Desktop), ArcGIS for Maritime: Charting (Desktop), ArcGIS for Maritime: Server, Esri Defense Mapping for (Desktop, Server), and Esri Production Mapping for (Desktop, Server). Please install this patch at your earliest convenience.

Description

We recommend Mapping and Charting Solutions customers with the following solutions download and install this patch to ensure the highest quality experience.

  • ArcGIS for Aviation
  • ArcGIS for Maritime: Bathymetry
  • ArcGIS for Maritime: Charting
  • ArcGIS for Maritime: Server
  • Esri Defense Mapping
  • Esri Production Mapping

Note: This patch is cumulative of all previously released Patches and Hot Fixes for Mapping and Charting Solutions 10.4.1.

 

Installing

  1. Login as Windows Administrator.
  2. Select and download the Mapping and Charting Solutions file.

  3. Double-click the msp file to start the install process.
  4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.

  • TFS105705 Update iunlocd in IENC product xml to UNLOCD.
  • TFS105706 Update UNSARE to group 1 in IENC and INIS product xmls.
  • BUG-000096389 ArcMap fails to calculate S-52 symbology on IENC data.
  • TFS105708 Update dirimp field in IENC and INIS workspaces.
  • TFS105837 Update topology rule in IENC data models to ILCKBSN Must Not Overlap LNDARE.

ArcGIS for Maritime: Server

  • GIT344Import MGCP Metadata GP tool is not importing TRD4.3 xmls.
  • GIT335Thin Hydro Features causes python.exe to crash when exiting.
  • GIT334Thin Spot Heights causes python.exe to crash when exiting.
  • GIT329Text should be centered in ICM and JOG Meter Reference Guide.
  • GIT324ArcMap Production Workflows - Create EGB Data Step Crashes Python on Close.
  • BUG-000109213 Populate GUID will not execute when there are layers from multiple workspaces in your map.
  • BUG-000109200 Production Cut and Paste is not copying attribute values for all common attributes.
  • GIT306JOG Meter Reference Guide is missing vertical line.
  • GIT301Building Tool - Square Building Angles option is not correct in GCS.
  • GIT295Create Rapid Graphic - Error may be returned when creating a JOG-A with 10.4.1 Patch 6.
  • GIT278Create JOG Elevation Tint Bands is not writing AOI value in AOI field.

Esri Production Mapping

  • TFS105867 Data Reviewer: Monotonicity check: Is not honoring M tolerance value.
  • TFS105868 Data Reviewer: Monotonicity check: Is not working with Z tolerance.
  • BUG-000107515 Data Reviewer: Monotonicity check: Non-monotonic line features are not flagged as errors using GCS WGS84 as the Vertical Coordinate System.
